Cancellations must be confirmed no later than 7:00 PM on the day prior to your appointment. Cancellations after 7:00 PM the day prior, and rescheduling day-of will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations/rescheduling made within 2 hours of the appointment time, and no-shows, will result in a 100% charge. Thank you for understanding!
